SHIPPING

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, which is a tracked, insured, and signed-for service. This ensures your jewellery is delivered securely and efficiently, typically by the next working day within the UK.

    LEAD TIMES

  • Each piece is handmade to order and lead times vary depending on the piece. orders in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 days. if unsure, you can check availability by getting in touch via email.

  • You will receive tracking details as soon as your item has been posted.

  • Please allow additional time for bespoke pieces as production times vary. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, and typically it can take up to 10-12 weeks design depending.

International Shipping

  • Due to recent GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) changes, we are currently reviewing international shipping options and restrictions. At this time, we may not be able to ship to all countries. If you are outside the UK and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at hello@bellesmithjewellery.com to confirm whether shipping to your country is available.

  • Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any duties or taxes incurred when shipping outside the UK.

RETURNS POLICY

Online Orders (Non-BESPOKE Items)

  • Returns: We accept returns on standard, non-BESPOKE jewellery within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bellesmithjewellery.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. 

  • We do not reimburse postage costs or duty charges.

    BESPOKE Orders

  • Due to the bespoke nature of custom made jewellery, custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • We work closely with you throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction. If your custom piece arrives damaged or with an error on our part, we will happily repair or replace it at no cost.

    Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
